Matthew has worked in a variety of communications roles across different ministries and departments of the UK Government over the past 10 years. Most notably, he spent 3 years working in the Prime Minister’s Office to deliver behaviour change communications campaigns, counter hostile state disinformation, and provide support and consultancy to partner governments across Europe, Asia and Africa. Ukraine has been a large part of his personal and professional life since 2016; since February 2022 his work has focussed on supporting the country and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
